How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your device Settings > tap your name (Apple ID) > Subscriptions > select Aussie Talk > Cancel Subscription. Your premium access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

I subscribed but premium features aren't unlocked. What do I do?

Try tapping "Restore Purchase" on the subscription screen. If that doesn't work, close and reopen the app. If the issue persists, email us and we'll sort it out.

What languages can I chat with Bruce in?

You can speak or type to Bruce in any language โ€” English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, and more. Bruce will always respond in Australian English slang.

How do I request a refund?

Since subscriptions are processed through the App Store, refund requests need to go through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.

Is my data private?
